Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Really helps visual thinkers map out workflows, processes, and handoffs. Great for wireframes for software projects

Pros

  • Mind Mapping
  • Templates
  • Facilitation tools (upvoting, etc)

Cons

  • Different, customizable shapes (particularly useful for wireframing)
  • Integration with other services (jira, notion, slack, etc)
  • Miro has allowed my team to get on the same page earlier, making execution of projects much more efficient
The only product we've integrated with has been Notion, which has been somewhat useful but have run into problems with user access / incompatibility with Safari. Notion lacks an Atlassian integration which would be a definite value add
It's been a huge win for our team which works remotely to all visualize and look at the same ideas while we're not in the same room

Miro is really helpful for brainstorming & organizing thoughts, mapping out workflows and processes, and creating wireframes for software projects.
