Overall Satisfaction with Miro
In my org, we use it for a few main purposes. First of all, it is very easy to map user journeys in Miro. We also use it a lot for collaborative brainstorming sessions. In addition, I also create private Miro boards just to organize my thoughts by mapping our my mental maps.

Miro has positively impacted my oeg's ability to collaborate on new projects . We host brainstorming sessions for new projects regularly, and Miro helped us to organize the sessions, encourage everyone to participate effortlessly and organize everyone's inputs at one place for future references
