Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We have used Miro for different business cases. The most notable one is to brainstorm together for a design solution of a software infrastructure. The other is to provide an interactive presentation to other colleagues. The scope of our case is an end-to-end situation, starting from using the feature of putting shapes, images, until using the voting and timer feature.

Pros

  • Well-defined user interface and experience
  • Provide interactive discussions
  • Wide range of features

Cons

  • Optimize software to run smoother and faster with less lags
  • Better way to manage different boards
  • A feature to let everyone copy board, not only the board owner
  • 10% reduction in time designing solution for an issue
  • 30% reduction in miscommunication
  • 20% improvement in satisfaction of discussion session
On a scale of one to ten, I will give Miro ease of integration an eight. The overall experience was smooth and simple. However, there are some notable issues and quirks when trying to integrate Miro to other products or vice versa. The issue includes different adaptation of texts, images, files, etc.
I believe Miro has significantly impacted my organization's ability to collaborate on new projects positively. It gave us an interactive way to collaborate, reduce miscommunication, and lead to faster completion time of our projects. Additionally, it has helped us to start new projects faster as we are able to collaborate anywhere easily anytime.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

From a scale of one to ten, I will give 9 as very likely to recommend Miro to a colleague. Miro is relatively easy to get started using, though there are learning curve in using the whole features. It is well suited in most situation of interaction with other colleagues, including interactive presentation, solution design, brainstorm discussion, until refresher games with colleagues.
