Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro helps us..
* Stage design in a way that allows designs to be consumed async
* Synthesize user research - to help generate insights
* Collaborate on user story maps to align product requirements
* Map our customers journey to have alignment between teams
Overall it allows Product Design and Engineering to collaborate in a visual way when documents do not suffice.

Pros
- Journey Mapping
- User Story Mapping
- Presenting Design
- Getting feedback on design
Cons
- Very hard to sync boards with different teams on Miro, end up doing it manually
- Still hard to get non-designers to adopt Miro beyond writing comments
- It makes it very easy to share design async reducing meetings
- Syncing Figma to Miro has created a laborious manual process due to frequent plugin crashes
- It has helped product understand the complexity of the journey and avoid making bad decisions
It has gotten high adoption within the design team, but product managers are still generally commenters. However it has helped everyone in different time zones to review and comment on design artifacts.
