Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Our team uses Miro for various purposes such as retrospectives, workshops, and 1-on-1s with leaders. To be more specific, for example, when a project is finished, we use the Miro board to look back on the project process. All members who participated in the project log in at the same time and list the things that were regrettable, good, and accomplished during the project, and leave thank you messages for each other.
Pros
- Ideation
- Presentation
- Synchronized view
- Translation
Cons
- Table creation, editing (You always have to unmerge to modify the columns or rows of the table, and it is difficult to freely format the table.)
- Detailed alignment of text (ex. Editing kerning)
- Integration with Figma (ex. copy and paste)
- Improved productivity
- Eliminate language barriers when collaborating with global employees (translation function)
- Providing an online environment where diverse, creative ideas can be expressed
Since our organization has a lot of remote work, we use Miroboard a lot for collaboration. Even if many users are connected at the same time, the environment is stable, and especially when collaborating with employees in foreign branches, instead of having to translate everything one by one, I can just write in my native language and press the translation function, and it will be translated all at once, which has greatly improved work efficiency.
- FigJam and Notion
First of all, the automatic translation function is very convenient. Since I often collaborate with global employees, translation takes a lot of time, but thanks to the Miro board, I was able to shorten the time significantly. Also, since it provides an optimized environment on the web, it is good that I can communicate with anyone without installing a separate app or signing up.
