Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro in our organization primarily for team tasks and workload management, utilizing it as a Kanban board. The platform helps us define priorities, track progress, and collaborate efficiently. It addresses the challenge of task organization and transparency within the team, improving workflow and productivity. The scope of our use case includes project tracking, prioritization, and real-time updates on ongoing tasks.

Pros

  • Working together on one table.
  • Kanban
  • Its funny.

Cons

  • Use like Planner (Dropdown lists).
  • Finishing task (buttons).
  • More MEMs!
  • Improved Team Work.
  • Better memories of tasks.
I have no idea.
Miro enhances collaboration in our organization by providing a shared workspace for remote teams, similar to Microsoft Teams. It facilitates brainstorming, task visualization, and real-time updates, improving teamwork across multiple locations. However, its planning capabilities are limited, making it less effective as a structured task management tool than dedicated planners.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is excellent for sharing a collaborative whiteboard, managing tasks using a Kanban board, and creating engaging, interactive content. It works well for brainstorming sessions, team discussions, and visualizing workflows. However, it is less suitable for structured task planning, as it lacks the detailed functionalities of a dedicated planner. This limitation can be a drawback when precise scheduling and task dependencies are required.
