Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Within my role as an executive coach in transformational excellence, I use Miro in various ways, workshops, training, strategic planning, structured coaching, facilitating difficult conversation, management system...anything requiring leaving trace and virtual collaboration.

Pros

  • intuitive user interface
  • variety of features
  • simplicity
• organization , ie different spaces and sharing options

Cons

  • integration with teams
  • fast tracked process improvement
  • enabled conversion to virtual training
  • improved collaboration
it was an integral part for collaboration, exponentially during covid times and now with the new policies of work-life balance, it still remains an important tool within my organization.
Microsoft Whiteboard- Miro has so many more features and provides much more creativity.
Mural- I don't remember why at the time we went with Miro. I do recall that the content was still built with MIro due to creative option and Mural was considered for the interface. But then, Miro had asses a video feature and that was that.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

well suited for any type of discussion and/or collaboration with various team members, brainstorm, design, management system, training design and facilitation, presentation. I can't think of anything not suitable for...perhaps finance. You can't replace excel capability, but then again neither you should:-)
