Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro for collaborative presentations. The problems the product addresses is identifying issues with our processes in our projects. I'm the project manager and this has helped me bring many departments together to come together and bring solutions and ideas to future projects. So far I've used it for our first Lessons Learned. I've also been able to build a nice timeline tracker visual.

Pros

  • Presentation
  • Love the time tracker
  • Adding notes during real time presentation

Cons

  • More presentation templates outside of sticky note template
  • Improved productivity
  • Has helped with my project management and visuals for my team
I didn't participate in the implementation. However I am one of the first on my team to use it continuously for meetings/presentations. It's been fairly easy to learn.
It's easy to share with my team, stakeholders, I like the share tool. When someone requests to have access to what I'm working on I can just share the email, which is better than sending them an excel, pdf or any other file.

Yes

For me, it's useful for presentations or collaborative work. Don't have much use of it for a daily type of project management tool.
