Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use for the project's department. We desing bussines solutions in working methods, organization and software solutions for freight agents and logistic enterprices. The users get helped by support and detail processes analysis, design ideas and organize information to share with our customers.

Pros

  • Processes diagram
  • Planning and following up tools
  • Give feedback toools for the team
  • upload and write in documents

Cons

  • The tables and swimlanes are weird to use, the objects that are in them does not havethe same properties as they were out of them.
  • The type size does not change when you stretch or shrink a form as it does with the post-it's, for example
  • Organizations charts doesn't allow change the size of its forms or connect with multiple bosses.
  • Frames cannot be exported as a vectorized picture
  • The sheets doesn't allow make math operations, they doesn't need to be so complicated, with a multiplication or sum its okay
  • It's a great tool to get an quick overview of the projects and organize them in folders.
  • Allows the whole team keep in touch of the state of all the projects
  • It's a key tool for let our customers know about the advance in the projects.
It has been amazin, we have workers in 3 countries so get the whole information in a unique witheboard with real-time changes and collaborations have been scential for the develop of the department
It has the versatility of all of them and new tools

It's very usefull for process diagraming and organization. But for desing it's some steps behind to other tools as Canva, spetially if it's for activities presentations or focus groups.
