Overall Satisfaction with Miro

My company creates content for social networks, I currently use Miro to organize my entire content creation routine. I use the clean board to place my calendar, insights, and separate the content from all the partners that I need to produce. I also use the same board to do financial monitoring of all the content that I need monetary payment for.

Pros

  • Miro is flexible! You can create your world, personalized for you!
  • The visualization of the processes is perfect! The board is infinite, so I create multiple views on the same board.
  • The features such as notes, text and free drawing are my favorites! They allow me to be creative

Cons

  • Because my company is small, it does not use all the functions that Miro provides. I think all the basic functions are perfect!
  • Productivity improvement. Before, I had a completely inappropriate recording routine and I often started producing my deliveries shortly beforehand due to a lack of organization. Today I manage to process my deliveries a month in advance together with my partners.
In my case, I use Miro online, so it's super simple, no setup or anything, just log in and work.
Miro is the simplest app I've ever used, simply very easy and very intuitive to use.
The issue of flexibility was what impacted me most in my decision to choose Miro. The Miro whiteboard has been very useful in my routine, I can enter all the tasks I need to carry out, all the schedule and it is easy to view.

The Miro has been perfect for me to visualize my priorities. I put the entire calendar with my deliveries and adjust it throughout the month. I think it's great because it allows me to visualize what my recording week will be like and what priorities I need to have on a daily basis.
