Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro to collaborate across our Product Development team. Miro makes it easy to map out system diagrams, customer journeys, and simulate kanbans for day to day work on our hybrid team. We use it for every step of the lifecylce from ideation to development to how we market to our customers.
Pros
- Collaboration across hybrid teams
- Inituitive - no ramp time for people to use
Cons
- Probably more of an us problem but some of our boards become very difficult to read/navigate because people are using it for all kinds of ideation. Better way to manage and keep organized would be great
- I think you're doing this soon but color picker for notes!
- Improved productivity
- Quicker decision making
Makes it super easy for us to collaborate as a hybrid team or even in person on laptops - especially love that you can follow people!!
