Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use it for brainstorming sessions at my company. Previously, we would gather together and write on a whiteboard, but since COVID-19, more people have been working remotely, so it's great to be able to use a large whiteboard online.I also like that by using templates, we can organize ideas and decide the direction of the output.
Pros
- Extensibility to support various tools
- Easy to understand operation even for beginners
- Safe to use even for free
- Any number of people can use it at the same time
Cons
- I'd like to see more types of white canvas(size).
- I want to be able to cut out a part and make it into a PDF
- It would be helpful if there was an AI-based summary.
- We were able to reduce meeting costs by 10%.
- Sharing costs were also reduced by one email.
- Easier internal document management
Although we are based in the Tokyo office, our Osaka members are a three-hour bullet train ride away, so we were very grateful to be able to brainstorm remotely without meeting in person.We used to meet monthly, but we were able to reduce that to once every three months.
