Overall Satisfaction with Miro
As a business analyst, i use Miro for a wide range of things. Whether it is workshops, story mapping, brainstorming, discovery, Miro can suggest a template for the session you need it for. It is also possible to build process maps in Miro which is extremely valuable to me as a business analyst

The intergration into MS teams means that it is a seamless process to unite and collborate with remote workers, as each user can contribute to whiteboards easily and without having to have full Miro access. It is an excellent interactive way to collaborate with many stakeholders in the business and share ideas
We use both in our business. While lucid's process mapping cuntionality is better than Miro's, i find that Miro is more intuititve and user friendly to use and has a better overall UX. The templates in Miro are also better in my opinion than the ones that can be found in Lucid.
