Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is mainly used in my role and department to map customers and their organisation.
Miro is truly a valuable tool to really tailor the mapping precisely as you want it. The capability to be several editors inside the same page at once and edit is truly great. It has helped our workshops and mapping to be much more efficient, engaging and synced.

- The power in tailoring and flexibility. There is so much you can do where only creativity sets the boundaries.

- AI help to build a good draught of a Miro-board based on description
- More efficient Integrations with Teams and Powerpoint to share information, and also use Miro inside of Teams directly
- Add videos inside of a Miro Sheet
- Reduced project completion time
- Efficiency in sales due to clear customer mapping of stakeholders and org tree
- More engagement in project- and team meetings when brainstorming or follow-ups on projects are focus
We have offices on three locations across the world, and departments with the same roles on these three locations. Its critical to be able to communicate and collaborate in the most efficient way possible on a digital way as well.
We have monthly meetings where we need to sync clearly regarding innovation, product features and customer value/journey/cases.

Miro is on another level in terms of flexibility, innovation, and the capabilities you can do. We have so much more tools and features, and also the possibility to edit a sheet live inside of Miro.
Also, the sharing capabilities and overview of the already existing sheets are more clear and structured in my opinion.
