Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to create our organizational charts, break down processes visually, and facilitate co-lab and brainstorming sessions for the team. It is a tool used to help us understand, train, and break down big-picture ideas into smaller, manageable segments. It is also great to have the whole team working on one session, mainly when we are divided by geography.

Pros

  • Ability to collaborate with team that is working digitally.
  • Great visuals.
  • Amazing templates to choose from.
  • Great to have the Org charts in.
  • Being able to edit charts and boards easily.

Cons

  • Need to click from mouse to hand to be able to move the board.
  • When adding something the size should default to the size on the board.
  • Some kind of tutorial to learn all the program is capable of.
  • Improved teamwork.
  • Promote a problem-solving mindset.
  • Assisted in team thinking.
To me, this was the first time using this tool. It was a fantastic thing to see and try. It helped me, as a visual problem solver, see into the future by breaking down each aspect that can go wrong in the process of solving a set problem. It also assisted in having a single org chart that can be implemented across all locations.
This needs some improvements. I added the improvement points. Some things to make this system intuitive and to ensure it works with team members rather than against them. They may look like some basic things, but making these changes will make the system friendlier than it already is.
Imencely. This is the main reason why Miro is so great. It promotes a healthy, competitive, and collaborative environment. My team gets excited to brainstorm and have the ideas put on the board. This helps us think and break down a problem from different angles, which one person may not be able to think of on their own.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I think it's a great tool, and it helps make tasks enjoyable. It brings the team together and gets them excited to put their ideas on the board. However, it will require some training and getting used to, like with any program. Certain things, mentioned in the improvements section, can help make it more user-friendly.
