Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro has been a great and reliable connectivity application in our organization. Got great user interface and functions. In my 2 years of usage, used to instantly connect to required focals, great quality and super fast. Been a crucial part in planning and completing various projects.

Pros

  • Perfect for instantly connecting to team or an agent, with Interactive meetings.
  • Great for taking notes, ideas and implementing them later on for better results.
  • Easy to setup and integrate.

Cons

  • Better security protocols would be appreciated.
  • Limited functionality on tablets.
  • Speedy project completion, boosting team productivity by timely completion.
  • Justified Returns on investments.
  • Better network optimization when compared to earlier.
Implementation process was really smooth.
I would say they need to work on integration part, we did encounter some issues while integrating with some particular applications.
Sticky notes and online whiteboard are both the key reason that we have witnessed an improvement in projects and quality. Eliminates the need of separate applications for connectivity and creativity.
