Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro for my weekly update meetings with my team. The whiteboard and the possibility of the other team members to use it at the same time is great. Miro change my meetings and other area in the business. We have a lot of problems with communication but this new possibility changes the way of my thinking and working.

Pros

  • Give the possibility to have all the team members on the same board
  • A lot of templates that I can use
  • AI Function, to make much easier to generate summaries
  • Great function with stickers, etc.

Cons

  • AI possibility to translate the summary into other languages as Polish as example
  • Maybe an AI Robot that can help in the beginning with using Miro. Showing the most used functions
  • Better communication with the team and the thing that should be done - Timeline template
  • KPI Creation - better way to communicate with the stakeholder an show better data
  • Brainstorming in the team - one place to make a great brainstorming template
It is very usable. I have now only used Microsoft Notes and then sharing the screen with the team, but it was very time consuming. Now I can reduce the time for the meeting that I have, use Miro AI, create great summaries with all necessary information that we had in the meeting, and save a lot of time.
Miro AI, Sticky Notes, a variety of templates that I can use on a daily basis. I also really like the sticky notes function, that is very usable in the meeting that we have. I also like the dot voting, time clock - in this function, I started to not make the meeting longer than they should have.
For now I have stopped using Microsoft Note and Loop. And now using only Miro for that. When it comes to PowerPoint, I still like the way that PowerPoint gives us. So in this I will don't use Miro for creating PowerPoint presentations. But for the other functions, I will stop using the other tools.

I really appreciate working with Miro. It has now been one month since I started using it in my daily work. The weekly meetings are much more fun, have a greater impact on the team, and are overall more effective. There are many different templates that my team and I can use. It’s such a great platform that I never want to leave. It is only less appropriate to create learning huddles for the team.
