Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I discovered Miro many years ago and it was my go to tool for everything , note taking, brainstorming e.t.c. I had a free account and I was looking forward for our company to buy licenses so we could use it company wide and oh boy what a glorious day it was when i was informed that I will get a Miro license to use in our company. I use Miro for everything , teams retrospectives , workshops , trainings , doc repository , design thinking , lean coffees. Sky is the limit for what you can do with Miro. I even introduced Miro to my wife and she was delighted. I highly recommend it for virtual teams but also for on premise workshops because it is an easy way to keep everything in one place and collaborate both on-line and of-line.

Pros

  • Collaboration
  • Workshops
  • Workflows
  • Wireframes
  • Everything
  • Less meetings
  • More productive meetings and workshops
  • Better collaboration
It is very very very easy to use if you have ever used a computer.
Uploading everything on the board , the ready made templates , the timer, there are to many to list.
We use Miro for collaboration mainly , we are able to have all the information we need in a single board.
I have used Mural not extensively and although it wasn't difficult to use Miro was easier.

The only scenario that I can think of that Miro isn't appropriate would if you don't have a laptop.
