Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for interactive workshops and meetings when brainstorming is needed. We also use Miro for our day-to-day tasks, mainly for organizing and prioritizing the team's tasks. It is a very helpful and intuitive tool that everyone on the team can use and add to their daily work.

Pros

  • Collaboration
  • Design
  • Templates

Cons

  • More icons.
  • More colors.
  • Integration with more apps.
  • Collaboration
  • Team work.
  • Transparency
This tool is easy to understand and can be used by everyone without being familiar with similar platforms or being tech-savvy. The buttons and menus are placed and defined. There is no need to have training, watch, or read long user guidelines to understand how to use the platform.
Real-time collaboration is definitely one of Miro's features, and the whole team appreciates it. In addition, Miro provides templates and designs that are attractive to the user's eye, which makes it more desirable to use and be creative and innovative with daily tasks.
Miro provides a wide range of features. We use them and have Miro as a one-stop shop. This is very useful because we do not have to overload the users with multiple apps, give them extra time to learn to use different tools, and avoid confusion and misunderstandings about tools and their usability.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is a helpful tool when organising meetings, webinars, and events; participant participation is required. It works well for both internal and external participants. Collaboration on the same board simultaneously works well with multiple participants. Miro is less appropriate for participants/users who do not have access to a laptop. Navigating and editing a board from a mobile device is less easy.
