Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I'm a visual person, and verbose documentation puts me off! As a product owner, Miro is my go-to tool for all aspects of discovery to delivery. It helps me to map out an end-to-end view of requirements and their impact (before jumping into a solution mode). With AI to help summarise any rabbit hole I may have inadvertently ventured into, it saves a lot of time to arrive at the right value proposition and fit-for-purpose solution.

- The browser view and desktop app sometimes do not align in features
- Some templates are too clunky and overwhelming
- Timeline templates could be better; I could not find one that's intuitive
- Improved my productivity by at least 60% using available templates.
- Clarity in providing requirement and context to developers
- Helped maintain healthy pipeline of deliverables for devs to pick due to shorter turnaround time to design features
Diagramming and Mapping
I do not require designer tools to create Ux or other process mapping tools to build flow charts. I also gather requirements in simple sticky notes instead of big notes, and AI summarised the documentation for sign-off.
Miro is much more user-friendly and has a greater variety of diagramming icons and components
