Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to collaboratively map user journeys, plan products, and align cross-functional teams. It addresses challenges like remote collaboration, siloed communication, and complex problem-solving. Our use spans product planning, brainstorming, design sprints, and retrospectives, helping us visualize workflows, prioritize tasks, and drive innovation efficiently across teams. It's very helpful and clear.

Pros

  • map user journey
  • team colleboration
  • visualization

Cons

  • free tier has limited board
  • some template are confusing
  • miss integration between jira and Miro
  • clear product view
  • clear user journey
  • have one board for one project, unlimited board space
It offers an intuitive, user-friendly interface with drag-and-drop functionality, a wide range of templates, and real-time collaboration features that make it easy for both beginners and experienced users to contribute. Navigation, board organization, and integrations are generally smooth.
The only minor drawbacks are that boards can become cluttered with large teams, and performance can lag slightly with very large or complex boards. Still, overall, it’s a highly usable and effective tool.
I use Miro as a sole tool and add screenshots to Confluence
Confluence is like your organized project library, while Miro is your creative, collaborative whiteboard. But Confluence also has the whiteboard to add flows etc.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is well suited for collaborative brainstorming, mapping user journeys, running design sprints, and visualizing product roadmaps, especially when teams are remote or cross-functional. It’s great for workshops, mind mapping, and wireframing. However, it’s less appropriate for detailed project management, heavy data analysis, or tasks requiring advanced documentation control. In that case, Confluence or Figma is better
