Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is an awesome platform that helps me accelerate how I collaborate with co-workers and even external partners.Miro is perfect for cross-region teams for both real-time and asynchronous collaboration.Regarding real-time collaboration, Miro is perfect for brainstorming and collecting ideas from everyone engaged in the initiative. Miro is perfect for asynchronous collaborations, too. When we're working on research, we usually need to collect a lot of information. Miro works as a central repository where all team members can follow what everyone is researching and add their contribution.

Pros

  • Real-time collaboration
  • Asynchronous collaboration
  • Brainstorming

Cons

  • More templates
  • Mobile app
  • Search of boards among others in the team
It is easy to use in various browsers, what brings a great experience for users.
What I like most is the templates because it accelerates my everyday work.
I don't believe in all-in-one approach, but Miro is an important tool in my basket of tools.

What I'd say is that Miro is perfect for brainstorming in real-time and asynchronous collaboration.

Well suited
Collect ideas
Brainstorming

Less appropriate
When we don't have a clear view on how to approach some topic. Because it is hard to use a collaboration tool when you don't know the right questions
