Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Workflow and Business Process Design, Collaboration for workshops to get ideas up and priorities of key outcomes with stakeholders. Miro is used widely across the information technology part of our business as a way to colloborate, run agile ceremonies and produce visual representation of how to solve problems or address opportunties
Pros
- Easy to create a workflow of steps, connect boxes and do it visually with users to enable thinking
- Collaborate with large groups of users over multiple locations, in and out of office.
- Replace what was done previously with post it notes on walls to a Miro board
Cons
- Templates for process design
- Tutorials of new features
- Tutorials of popular features
- Provides a knowledge base for the organization
- Can be hard to manage with multiple teams and unfinished outputs
Workflow creation and the ability to easily put a website screenshot and highlight areas of change for other teams that are working on our website. It's great to be able to go back to screenshots stored in the library, share them or reference them later on to see what decisions were made by the team
I used to often use Visio or other process modelling tools to perform current state analysis across different business processes within different business units that may be impacted by a new project that looks to address an existing problem or new opportunity. Miro has replaced these tools to where licenses have not been renewed of the other tools
I have not used this feature so I am unable to provide any further feedback on this
I have not been involved in the evaluation of this products. Miro was a product that was adopted by our business and at first it was to a small group of users but has grown and is used by a wider community. It has really transformed our ways of working in the ways of colloboration
