Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is cloud based white board tool that helps us in collaborative discussion about the latest events and meetings with all the team heads of different department working in our company and also take their input regarding all the major descisions that we need to make. It has lots of pre-templates available so that we can easily brainstorm about the current planning and flowcharts of the business.

Pros

  • Helps in conducting online collaborative meetings
  • Can easily get integrated with Microsoft teams and google drive for maximum output
  • The drag and drop feature simplifies the explanation of large projects to the team

Cons

  • The real time connectivity and collaboration needs a strong internet connection dependence.
  • It is difficult to view all the features in mobile phones as compared to pc and windows devices
  • They should reduce the total price of paid plans as it can be expensive for small businesses
  • Me are able to conduct meeting through Miro every week in our business now which used to take months earlier
  • The customer satisfaction and total revenue has also increased by 61% and 39% respectively in our business this financial year
  • Staff retention is also much better now because of their proper training and skill development
I would like to give it eight stars as we are now using this tool thrice a week. For every professional discussions or metting, this software helps in conducting them with its free templates and that is the integral part of all day to day business activities so Miro is resourceful tool for us from last 3-4 years.
It's free templates helped us alot in making reports and charts about our new products and services. we just need to fill the data and it helps in preparing a professional presentation in no time also the real time discussion on whiteboard make the mettings more transparent and authentic for our team heads.
Yes, definitely now we are using less collaborative meetings tools like AnyDesk, google meet ets which we used before Miro alot but now the number of tech based softwares are also decreased and Miro helped in handing approximately all the communication and training related challenges that we used to face before.

Training through White boards is one of the oldest and best way to explain details to large number of people and Miro helps us in getting a digital board with shared screen so that multiple people can discuss on it regarding theirs perspective and all the major discussions of our business.
