Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is my first tool for almost everything. It is where I organize my ideas for a meetings or presentations. It is the best tool that I know to use for collaboration between teammates and project stakeholders . I've been using Miro even for fast prototyping and already used this prototypes to approve concepts with my clients. And it was approved! So, in resume. Collaboration, self-organization and prototyping.
Pros
- Collaboration such as online workshops
- Drawing processes diagrams
- Low fidelity prototyping
- Making mind maps
Cons
- Organizing frames for presentations are confused. And not rarely, the organization is lost when I log off Miro.
- I don't think I can offer a ROI number for Miro. What I can say is: Miro is essential for what I've been doing for a long time. I've been using Miro mostly at the companies that I work. It is expensive for a particular use. But, in every company that I work, I required a Miro's license.
It has started as a big white canvas to write virtual post-its. That feature still it is the most important feature. As I said before, the different libraries of components makes Miro in a super versatile tool. So drawing processes, mind maps and prototypes , facilitating workshops, and use as a knowledge repository.
Miro is fundamental for most of what I do. But, when I need to specialize some delivery, such as prototyping and presentations, then I need to use others tools, such as Google presentations or Figma. But until that is needed, I rely in Miro for almost everything. So yes. The way Miro behaves today, works for me.
