Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We used Miro for product design, workflows, data paths, flowcharts, etc. It seamlessly integrated with our requirements, and the customization options and the wide availability of predefined shapes made it easier to use.
For us, it resolved one major case of different design communications, as it could be easily shared between teams and can be maintained by them, Also, all the design changes are always in sync.

Pros
- It have lots of templates which fits all your use case.
- Highly customizable with personalized reactions support.
- AI mode helps easily create different design diagrams.
Cons
- AI support doesn't works quite well in few cases, also it can't edit any design properly as of now.
- Present mode have some network lags, which cause bit waiting sometimes while important discussions.
- It helped maintaining the product design and user flows.
- Also Scrum reports can easily be made and tracked using Miro.
Mostly integrated with Teams for easy management of workflows, and other documents.
It is an all-in-one app, and the efforts are commendable; however, due to lag while working with different design ideas and brainstorming topics, it lags on the network, which is very irritating.
