Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is great tool to collaborate for virtual teams allowing brainstorming ideas in real time. Being an Agile Coach, I use Miro for Value stream and process mapping exercise to streamline workflows and boost productivity.
We also use Miro to visualize business models like SWOT, establishing business OKRs and Lean canvas.

Pros
- Built in templates for conducting retros
- Brainstorming Feature requirements by using sticky notes and voting functionality
- Prioritization framework by using models like RICE, MoSCoW, and Value vs Effort
Cons
- I particularly struggle with content-heavy boards, as sometimes there can be significant lag in loading
- Enable offline mode so I can edit boards without connectivity
- Jira cards may not sync properly, so I would recommend better integration with other tools
- The Journey mapping and ideation in one space helps UX team map customer journey and highlight wastes with the process
- Visual templates to help align OKRs with Feature Roadmap
- Prototyping a new app feature for getting quick stakeholder feedback

I would say Miro has by far exceeded my expectation in being an all-in-one tool. I primarily rely on this tool and have not used any other tools lately
