Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro for various use cases like designing a feature, discussion over the client requirement, brainstorming for new ideas and innovation in out products. Miro is really interactive and easy to use. We have integrated it with Microsoft teams and utilise it for agile planning, defining a process, creating roadmaps and flow charts using different templates available in Miro. The interface is really good with varieties of features.

- Availability of different templates for different works such as agile planning, development flows and process tracking, enable us to create and understand better.
- It's integration with various browsers and particularly with Microsoft Teams increases its accessibility
Cons
- Sometimes a board with many features tends to lag. This need to be imrove along with rendering optimization
- Its offline functionality should be improved so that we can use it without internet.
- Mobile app has limited functionality as compared to desktop. This should also be improved .
- Easy and interactive demonstration of a certain process in a meeting creates a better understanding aming the team members.
- Saves a lot of time for designing and drawing flow charts for demonstration and documentation s.
- It has improved the efficiency, with stronger engagements.in meetings and faster executions of ideas.
One of the most impactful feature in Miro is infinite white board canvas which enable us to mind mapping without any space constraints and allow us to brainstorm seamlessly. The in built templates for the flow charts and agile boards and project planning features increases the efficiency and understanding of team members
Yes, previously we were using different tools for different requirements such a whiteboard and different tool for creating flow charts. With Miro these features are unified and it has reduced our tech stack. Instead of using google docs for team collaboration and lucidcharts for diagrams, we are using Miro. This saved a significant time and efforts of team members.
Earlier we were using different products for different requirements, such as Microsoft whiteboard, lucidcharts for diagrams. But as Miro has all these features and other additional features which makes it "all in one place" and enable us to save out time which earlier was getting utilized in different applications for different tasks.
