Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I recently started Miro as my first preference of making my slide as it is too easy for FlowCharts, especially thier AI one is far better than their competitor. In my opinion they are doing great job at what speed they are it must be a soon a healthy competition between them and largest player in industry. The best is all but what I got is their UI ( User Interface) that make even a Non techie to understand very quickly and my team understand it like a click.

Flowchart making using AI
Adding AI at the end in very smooth way
Prototype are very good and I personally feel that is good
Organizational Design they recommend is enough for any Industry

Cons

Firstly include more ready to use flowchart
Make more customization easy like click and click and ready to go.
Sometimes campaign feel like they lagging behind few seconds only

Return on Investment

We hire some techie as Marketing team tasks but when we know about this tool we blowing away them and hire non techie to do same task they do for better than them.
Switched from various other platforms and saw me and my team in term of making a Email template launching a particular campaign in a very fast way it just take 30 min for us to launch new thing
The best part we are going to achieve is that we launched and maintained and track anything and anytime. It just feels like wow to us.

Usability

If you look at usage you have, you should be very smart on what is looking at especially as Marketing team we look at the template easy to go things which of course they offer very good and thier usage for anyone in your team is like just a click away

Tool Usage

As Marketing team tasks we use you Marketing tool too much and also make sure that is most important to us and I personally use you flowchart to showcase my presentation in better way that how things are connected to each other and how they are working which we as team like most.

Reduced Tool Overload

Bring it in a single umbrella is always good but my opinion is not same. I personally feel marketing things must be separate from creative team and so on. You can decrease the tools but making sure to get to know which client is getting affected most must be take care of them as they really realistic depends on certain things.

As a marketing team I feel sometime it lags behind on few things like, I remember one time I made few adjustment which my colleague doesn't see in real time. The loading time from one thing to other might be not too fast and speedy which I think also depends upon the how many things you are using but much be a cause of concern.
