We do mockups and planning, visualize impact mappings for our customers. Idea generation before and during workshops as well. With and before/after customer interaction.

It has been great. It is very easy to share a board with the user or customer. There should be frictionless to use collaborative software, especially when a customer doesn't run the software or know how to use it.
