Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We usually plan things being on a call and we always require something to describe the process flow. We use it for project planning, progress tracking or what not. It helps us to visualizing all the ideas or tasks on single screen with assignee and current progress at the same time.

It's our day to day tool and we can't except to go alone with Miro at this stage. I didn't came across to any issues so far, it's just very large diagrams can sometimes cause slowness issues, otherwise it's all good at every stage of the product lifecycle.
We prefer using Flowchart and Interactive Whiteboard among our team. We basically plan our tasks over the call and we love to map things solely on the basis of skills - Miro is our best friend for this one from Mind Mapping to to even tracking the status of the task, we are good with this.
Yes, We have significantly productive since the time we started using Miro - There were a lot of tools or in fact raw files which we use to keep for brain storming but since the team we started using the tool the additional workload to keep things manageable got reduced and I am proud to say that we are more productive now.
We prefer Miro over any other utility because of the following reasons:

1. Cost Effective.
2. Easy to Use.
3. After sales support is great.
4. A lot of readily available templates add a key value.
5. There is so much in one single tool (Mind Maps, Interactive Whiteboards, Flowcharts etc) all under the one single hood.

It's a very interactive platform with several templates, helps making the complex diagrams remarkable easily. It's easy to use and the best part is it's cloud based and anyone can start using immediately. All the tools are readily available inside one single hood and it is helping us in every step from planning to pushing to any change. Miro is our best friend in it.
