Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We mostly use Miro to draw the company's processes and to build the base structure for every project we work on.

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Provides lots of integrations
  • Very very flexible, so we can express our ideas with precision

Cons

  • I feel like Miro is a little heavy and sometimes it gets slow
  • Lots of productivity
  • Process structuration
Miro has lots of features and is very easy to use.
We mostly use text and shapes since they alone can already express most part of the ideas that we need to structure.
Not really, because Miro was one of the first tools we implemented.

Miro is very good to express both structured and unstructured ideas. When there are unstructured ideas, Miro is very good for structuring them.
