Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Currently, in our organisation, Miro is a huge help for collaborating with the different stakeholders on different phases of discussion. Especially, if we need to identify gaps in our solutions that inform our business and user needs. It's giving a lot of value in terms of alignment with the different key areas that are involved in different scopes of the business problems

Pros

  • Collaboration between the different key areas of the organization
  • Alignment between teams involved in a project
  • Project scoping
  • Design thinking workshops
  • Feedback gathering and understanding the needs

Cons

  • Optimization and performance. Recently, Miro was so slow. I enjoyed using Miro on iPad so I can draw but now it's unusable after a few sketch
  • Integration with other tools
  • Workshopping tools and integration
  • Effectiveness
  • Efficiency
  • Transparency
  • Engaging
I would give this 9-10 if it were not slow. Recently, it was so slow, especially if there are a lot of elements on a board. I don't even use the Mac app anymore because I find the web application less slow. Still slow but manageable to use and also when presenting
Basically if I have an idea that I have to think about, still thinking about, or have thought on is in Miro. I use it more than Figma because it basically does everything and in my line of work, collaboration is a very important thing and it's easy to do in Miro
As mentioned in the prior question, I use it now more than Figma. I only use Figma now at the latter part of the process but other than that, I use Miro more because it does most of the thing that I do in my day to day life. The only thing it doesn't do is when I have to create high fidelity designs. But some of my documentation are in Miro.
I find Miro much easier to use in terms of usability and much more inviting to use. I also observe the people that use it for the first time with the people that participated in our workshops that they don't find it intimidating, which is an importanting to make the people engaged

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is well-suited for collaborative work and for people who are also shy to collaborate face-to-face because people can just leave comments or have a workshop where people can put in every idea that they have. I describe Miro as that table you have when you were in the kindergarten. People are free to do anything without hesitation since it's easy to use and inviting
