My Favorite Application Is Not Perfect
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Currently, in our organisation, Miro is a huge help for collaborating with the different stakeholders on different phases of discussion. Especially, if we need to identify gaps in our solutions that inform our business and user needs. It's giving a lot of value in terms of alignment with the different key areas that are involved in different scopes of the business problems
Pros
- Collaboration between the different key areas of the organization
- Alignment between teams involved in a project
- Project scoping
- Design thinking workshops
- Feedback gathering and understanding the needs
Cons
- Optimization and performance. Recently, Miro was so slow. I enjoyed using Miro on iPad so I can draw but now it's unusable after a few sketch
- Integration with other tools
- Workshopping tools and integration
- Effectiveness
- Efficiency
- Transparency
- Engaging
Basically if I have an idea that I have to think about, still thinking about, or have thought on is in Miro. I use it more than Figma because it basically does everything and in my line of work, collaboration is a very important thing and it's easy to do in Miro
As mentioned in the prior question, I use it now more than Figma. I only use Figma now at the latter part of the process but other than that, I use Miro more because it does most of the thing that I do in my day to day life. The only thing it doesn't do is when I have to create high fidelity designs. But some of my documentation are in Miro.
