In our organisation, we mainly use Miro for team collaboration and creating ideas together which are helpful when it comes to project management and making decisions. It helps us to brainstorm and solve complex ideas easily as well as allows team to bring ideas into real projects.When using Miro I can collaborate from anywhere with my team members conveniently thus boost remote collaboration and team work. Its the perfect tool that we use to visualize and track our projects ,and gives us ability to create custom flow charts,diagram and mind maps that are great to capture the essence of our projects.The screen sharing feature is helpful to us especially when holding our weekly meetings.Creating roadmaps, planning and flowchars is easy and simple which enhance collaboration.

Miro is ntuitive tool with drag and drop interface and pre built templates for various cases .Its user friendly interface encourages sharing of ideas and collaboration.

Tool Usage

For example sticky notes during our brainstorming session each member adds ideas on sticky notes which helps everyone to see ideas since they appear instantly.

Also the voting tool ,after sharing ideas the team uses this tool to pick favorite. When voting end Miro allow us to see the ideas that got the many votes which become our top choice to focus .
