Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We prepare our strategies and discuss them, and we also discuss our client care plans to improve them. We use Miro to assist all of our therapists for speech, occupational, and behavioral therapy. Miro allowed us to stay in sync, share updates rapidly, and keep everything in one location. It helps us avoid confusion and make sure the client gets consistent results and benefits.

Pros

  • Easy group brainstorming
  • Clear visual guides
  • One place for all information
  • Ready to use templates
  • Better remote training

Cons

  • It should have better offline use
  • More therapy specific templates
  • Better connection with other software
  • Keeps everything on track
  • Saves time
  • Reduced the count of tools
When it comes to creating treatment plans or talking about care plans for our department's clients, Miro has been exceptional. I have an example for better understanding: once one of our clients needed a specific and unique plan for his company, so we decided to create it, and we took some time and created a unique plan for him because Miro was there to make our work easy and let it be completed in one place.
The tools we mostly use are sticky notes, flowcharts, and real-time editing. With the aid of these tools, our team was able to exchange ideas and improve them for our clients, which improved the services and support we could offer them. Most important and my favorite feature of Miro is that it lets me do all things in a single place.
Indeed, Miro has assisted us in reducing the number of tools and applications we need for various tasks. Earlier, when we used to try to make our client care plans better, we were needed to use so many tools, like we used PowerPoint to plan, Google Docs to take notes, and Trello to track tasks. Now everything is available in one place thanks to Miro.
We started our investigation with FigJam and analyzed it for a very long time, but after using it for some time, we found out it is not good for the medical industry, as it is designed mostly for IT. After that we used Miro and realized that it is the best for our industry, so we decided to go with it.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

When therapists need to collaborate as a team to plan and update client care, Miro is ideal. Additionally, it facilitates supervision and training when face-to-face meetings are not possible. However, because it lacks robust privacy protections and can be distracting, it is not the best option for maintaining confidential client records or for one-on-one therapy sessions.
