Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We were suggested Miro by an old client of ours since their product team was using Miro so it was but obvious for us to use Miro for brainstorming purposes. Miro has proven to be a comprehensive tool for visual collaboration that is extremely viable for product roadmapping and completion of projects within deadline.

Using Miro is a very intuitive experience. The inbuilt guide and help tools are very user friendly so anyone can start up with it and get going. Also we had the vendor support who helped us with support tickets for timely updates.
Miro has made a lot of difference in terms of creativity and to convert words and drawings into actual tangible smart models that can be put into use immediately, of course after taking consent and approvals of persons on board.
Yes, definitely the inputs provided by CRM and other data sources really enrich Miro into its journey of product roadmapping and finalisation of the end product with lot of ease and convenience of all those involved in the project since inception.

It is an all inclusive whiteboard software that allows us to share documents, arrange meetings, initiate conversations and more so keeps up with the pre-built templates. It is a boon for us as it facilitates smart drawing that can convert handwriting into smart models that can be visualised and not limited to words and letters.
