Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We are a remote first company, so Miro is our day-to-day collaboration tool. We use it mainly to group brainstorming. Nowadays we also use it the intelligent canvas to help us to move faster, the IA assistant can help us to write PRDs, sumarize user research and any other fragmented amount of data.

Pros

  • AI Templates
  • Brainstorming boards
  • Roadmapping

Cons

  • Navigation on Mac OS
  • Tables
  • Drawing
  • Improve productivity
  • Allowed us to go fully remote so, less OPEX costs
  • Reduce TTM
Its amazing, full of shortcuts and now with AI everything is much easier than the previously versions of Miro.

You can easily set up a entire brainstorming environment and with Miroverse you have thousands of Miro templates ready and free to use for anything you can imagine related with your business, specially in your product org.
AI copilots for developers have become quite common these days, but product-focused ones—I, at least, had never seen any. Miro has launched AI Sidekicks and it is most helpfull than others of its kind I have seen. These AI Sidekicks are smart personas designed to help you and your team unlock ideas and move quickly through decision-making in your daily routines.
One of the first personas they created is the "Product Leader," which harnesses the full power of artificial intelligence by understanding the product context being discussed and, with a single click, suggesting ideas for solutions.

It's simple amazing.
Yes, we start to use Miro to roadmapping and diagramming. We also use it do centralize some Product documentation.
I did everything by myself. It's a very simple process to implement and start to use.
In every aspect. We are a fully remote company and without a collaboration tool would be a very difficult task to collaborate. Miro save us.
Miro is not comparable with Figma Jam. Figma Jam hasn't half of the functionalities Miro does. I think Miro beats Figma in all aspects.
