Miro Honest Review
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro to work seamlessly on moodboards and whiteboards. In my founder brand studio, we collaborate with some of the most credible startups around in the world to create videos for them. And Miro helps a lot in sharing ideas and this is one thing I love to use every day.
Pros
- It easily integrates with other tools
- We can brainstorm and in real time
- Lots of templates like mind maps whiteboard etc.
Cons
- I think Miro should add offline sync feature to resume if our internet cuts off
- Mobile app experience def can be improved
- More options while exporting assets from Miro
- Time saved
- Communication became way smoother with clients
- More revenue
Honestly, the thing I use the most is just the sticky notes + real time collab. Sounds basic but it’s kind of the whole magic - you throw an idea up and instantly someone else builds on it. No waiting, no “send me the doc later” nonsense. Templates save me too, especially when I don’t wanna start from scratch (retro boards, mindmaps, whatever). Frames help when the board gets messy, though sometimes I still lose stuff lol. Overall, it just keeps the team actually working together instead of 10 different tools open.
Yeah Miro kinda killed my need for random docs + Slides + like 3 diff whiteboard apps. Now half the time I just dump everything on one board and share. Don’t open Lucidchart anymore, Google Slides only when forced. Less tabs, less chaos. Still messy boards though.
