Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I am regular using Miro for UX workshops and research analysis. It's a great tool that helps our team collaborate effectively especially when we're working on complex applications with multiple teams spread across the globe.

Pros

  • It is easy to access, my colleagues even if they never used before can get on board quickly.
  • Onboarding is very easy, even if you are first time user it is intuitive to use.
  • Every tool is available in one place to run an effective online workshop

Cons

  • I wish I could organize my projects into folders
  • We use it for retrospective, it helped us working better as a team.
As I mentioned it is intuitive and never met anybody who had difficulties with the onboarding.
I like the feature that you can click on an avatar and enables you to "follow" the presenter.
When I am working with the stakeholders Miro can be an accessible space for wireframing. The basic design tools are right under your finger tip.
FigJam is mostly known by UXers and regular Figma users. Miro is known by everyone.
