Overall Satisfaction with Miro

As an IT Program Manager, I use it to create boards for PI Planning, Architecture Reviews, Retrospectives, Project Alignment, etc.

Pros

  • Jira Integration
  • Talk tracks
  • Collaboration

Cons

  • Launching a board always ask to select an area to focus on
  • decrease license cost cross-functional teams due to different software
It follows a simple principle what you see is what you get.

absolutely, i have decrease the usage of multiple tools while running a project.
