Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We are using Miro in the following ways:
- to sketch the blocks needed for the finalisation of a project
- to creating mind maps in the kick-off phase of a project
- to share pages between colleagues under a secure (password) and easy manner
- in gathering and organising ideas from each individual team member (using virtual sticky notes)
- to organise mentoring meetings between colleagues by displaying who is available and at what time

Pros

  • Securing URLs
  • Can be easily used to create mind maps
  • Easy interaction between multiple users at the same time

Cons

  • I would like to access a Miro board for which I know the password, without having to login/register.
  • .
  • Team productivity
  • Organising people in an easier manner
  • Ease of going back to the original ideas while working on the MVP
The only thing that I do not like and can be improved is the fact that I need to authenticate/register to access a board that has been secured with a password.
Google Drive is something that I use a lot.
We never used something like Miro before (maybe a whiteboard :))

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

A scenario would be the kick-off session for a project. We get people together, by sharing a link, start drafting the MVP, and getting direct input from all the people on a live basis.

Another scenario is that you can access the board/URL outside of your organisation at any point in time. This makes life easier when you corporate device is not near you but you have the URL to the board.
