Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Miro in our product team mainly for Retros and Idea generation. We also use when we are collecting up input to projects from multiple people.

Saves us time as it's a standard tool and we don't need to learn it
Drives engagement with fun templates
Drives engagement with lots of people generating ideas at once

The arrow and hand options drive me a bit crazy. The select arrow is default and then I end up moving things when I want to pan.
It can be had to find the right place to be on the board. I often need to zoom out and then in again.
It's not always super intuitive to use to find the right shapes. Voting is also a little tricky if you don't use it often.
