Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to roadmap solutions, collaborate across teams, and plan future projects. It is used across the entire business for projects that span departments. We can work together on the same boards, leave comments, and create as a team, which shortens the feedback loop and streamlines processes.

Overall, very good; however, team permissions could be slightly more flexible.
The board creation with flowcharts.
Definitely - it has centralised the way we work together and created an all-in-one space for cross-department collaboration. This has reduced and even removed the need for other expensive tools and add-ons that previously made project work feel far more extensive and overworked. Our projects are now streamlined and efficient, saving us time and allowing us to complete things far more smoothly.

It’s well-suited for planning product roadmaps, the logic behind workflows, and ensuring the logic and flow of certain product areas are sound. We used Excel or other documents before, but this always felt more clunky, and this was a far better route.
