Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Mitel MiCollab is being used across the entirety of my organization. The software has helped to increase the productivity and efficiency of those at my company as it provides a single application for voice, messaging, presence, audio conferencing, mobility and team collaboration; regardless of whether individuals are physically in the office, working from home, or on the road.

Pros and Cons

Mitel MiCollab is great for working remotely. The twinning feature to allow calls directed to my office phone to ring on my cell phone is extremely convenient.
The feature that allows you to set which device you want to ring (desk phone, PC, cell phone) is great as even when I am in the office, I prefer to just use my cell phone.
The customer support for the product is first-rate. They are always present and helpful when needed.

The setup for the twinning feature was a bit confusing and took me a while to successfully complete the task.
The UX, particularly on an older iPhone could be improved.
Overall, the product is rather sound, and I am pleased with my experience using it.

Return on Investment

Having a singular platform with all the necessary features for communication and collaboration has saved my organization both time and money.
The first-rate customer support has made integration and onboarding with new employees fast and easy.
The ability to share feedback and collaborate in real time has improved client outcomes through more robust services being provided.

Mitel MiCollab works great for organizations that require its employees to communicate on a consistent basis. It provides everything a company might need to communicate, collaborate, and share insights. The software would be much less appropriate for smaller companies with only a small number of employees working together in close quarters in addition to those where employees complete tasks with little to no team input.

A must for 21st century communication and collaboration
