Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
Monday.com is used by our operations team to keep track of tasks, and also by our Account Managers to track sales, training events, etc. We like Monday.com because you can easily see what step in the process has been completed.
- Time Tracking.
- Event Planning.
- Account Management.
- Logic linking boards/tasks.
- The Calendar implementation is not fluid.
I like that monday.com has automations so that I can set myself a reminder if tasks are not completed by the due date. Monday.com also makes it easy to replicate or copy boards, as well as the customization opportunities. Monday.com makes it easy to break down a project into small steps that can be marked as complete or as any other status. What I like about monday.com that's different from Asana is that you can customize the status to mark something as more than just "done."
