Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
Monday is fairly easy and simple. Coming from a JIRA user (from a scrum aspect), Monday is much easier and more intuitive, especially for our sprints. Non-technical colleagues have been able to understand and create simple tasks fairly quickly and easily. We are currently using it for our software development lifecycle for our main core product.
- Easy to create tasks and assign
- Quick overview of status of task/stories
- integration with Slack and MSFT Teams
- User administration
- incorporation into Active Directory / LDAP (rather than using OKTA).
- better mobile app
- increased visibility with tasks for upper management
- time scheduling allocation is not properly displayed for each task completed
- exporting out to CSV/Excel is not as easy
Easier to use than JIRA. Assigning tasks and creating stories are easier. easier to view in Kanban compared to JIRA.
Asana comparison is about the same. But more visibility with status of tasks than Asana.
Interface is easier to use compared to Trello
Integration with Slack and MSFT teams better than JIRA and Asana. Trello integration is slightly better.
