Feature rich does not equal easy to use

We use monday.com to track projects and tasks in our expansion. There are many teams and many projects happening all at once and it allows everyone the opportunity to collaborate and track what is being worked on. If any teams are stuck we can see exactly where they are stuck and jump in and help in any way possible.

- It is difficult to program a percentage based status indicator
- The UI is clean but convoluted in some areas
- There is a large learning curve in using the software
The website has been reliable and uptime has been very good. I have not noticed any situation where the website or app have been down and preventing me from accessing it. I can't say that any downtime has negatively affected my organization or team because we have not noticed it if there was any.
