We use monday.com to track projects and tasks in our expansion. There are many teams and many projects happening all at once and it allows everyone the opportunity to collaborate and track what is being worked on. If any teams are stuck we can see exactly where they are stuck and jump in and help in any way possible.

The software is big and beautiful and very feature rich. However, the UI can be very difficult to get the hang of using effectively and efficiently. There are many integrations and hidden features. There is the ability to combine various features and plugins to work in ways that are very beneficial and near automation level. Because of this, the software has a very large learning curve.
We didn't actively ask for support for monday.com, but they had automated emails with tools and things for us to consider as we started monday.com. Other than that, I wouldn't be able to speak into the overall support of monday.com. They weren't really proactive during the trial period, but rather were trying to get me to sign up for a monthly plan.
The website has been reliable and uptime has been very good. I have not noticed any situation where the website or app have been down and preventing me from accessing it. I can't say that any downtime has negatively affected my organization or team because we have not noticed it if there was any.

For a larger company, monday.com is a great, feature-rich software to use. It helps us manage many concurrent projects by many teams. The software can be very expensive for smaller organizations and there is a steep learning curve when it comes to utilizing it effectively. I would recommend it for multi-project teams but for smaller organizations, it becomes difficult to justify its use.
