Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- Monday.com has had a positive impact on projects and fulfilling them. Before we had tasks all over the place and not a central spot to track them and know their progress.
Monday.com is being used by our entire organization. That's one nice thing about how well it works. We use it from a full project management solution to the creative process for social media posts to tracking vacations, backups and more on the HR side. Couple it with the automations it has and it's a HUGE help to our organization.
- Monday.com is very intuitive and therefore very easy to role out to a team with minimal training.
- Monday.com integrates with other solutions easily to help automate a lot of the task creation process.
- Monday.com has some automations built in to move tasks to the next "section" as well as assign the next responsible person. VERY useful.
- It's easy to see tasks and projects on Monday.com but it's not easy to track hours for allocation purposes.
- The menu for different boards on the left could be a lot more user friendly and labeled.
- We also wish Monday.com had more CRM features. A lot of projects are handled with it but because the lack of contacts, etc we have to have a separate CRM.
We have not seen any issues with performance on Monday.com. We use it across the globe and on multiple devices but never have we seen an issue with the solution lagging between those team. It's quick if you're on a Mac, Windows or a mobile device.
