Our organization uses Monday.com to help us understand what is going on across all of our different team members. So many people have so many live status options available for each task they're working on, and Monday is a great way to view what everyone is working on from a bird's eye view.

Usability

Monday.com was super easy to get up to speed with when learning. Their design is very intuitive and I think any employee would be able to get the hang of using the software in under an hour. There are great tutorials and guides as well to guide employees through learning how to use the software.

Reliability & Availability

There wasn't a problem at all in terms of reliability or uptime with Monday.com. There were never any lags when I used this, and never any downtime, which was great because other softwares I've used in this category have had lag and down times which impacted our business in a bad way.
