Our organization uses Monday.com to help us understand what is going on across all of our different team members. So many people have so many live status options available for each task they're working on, and Monday is a great way to view what everyone is working on from a bird's eye view.

There wasn't a problem at all in terms of reliability or uptime with Monday.com. There were never any lags when I used this, and never any downtime, which was great because other softwares I've used in this category have had lag and down times which impacted our business in a bad way.
