I used it in my previous role. monday.com was being used in different departments, but not in all departments yet. It was used for organizing the work within teams and assigning it to team members who are supposed to complete their parts. Users were usually pretty happy about it which made them suggest the product to other departments.

- Grouping of the tasks.
- Easy interaction within the platform.
- Dashboards could improve the user interface a bit to be more user friendly.
I haven't had any issues with downtime of the platform. I would say the website works as intended.
Even working with multiple people on a single project, I haven't had any issue with speed or other features.
